Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic IT Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team on-site in Gurgaon. In this full-time, 5-day Work from Office role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across emerging technologies, software development, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure. You will work closely with technical hiring managers and internal teams in a collaborative, fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on-site in Gurgaon to collaborate directly with engineering leads and hiring managers to define hiring needs.
• Source active and passive technical talent using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), GitHub, and targeted Boolean search strategies.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates technical skill sets, CTC expectations, notice periods, and readiness for on-site/hybrid setups.
• Schedule and manage end-to-end technical interviews, coding challenges, and feedback loops with hiring managers.
• Maintain active communication with candidates to minimize drop-outs and ensure a seamless candidate journey up to their joining date.
• Update and manage real-time candidate data and pipeline metrics in the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience (Agency or Corporate).
• Location: Based in or willing to commute daily to Gurgaon.
• Work Mode: Comfortable with 100% Work from Office (5 days/week).
• Technical Understanding: Good grasp of IT concepts and stacks (Java, Python, React/Node.js, AWS/Cloud, Data Science, QA, DevOps, etc.).
• Portal Expertise: Strong proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local hiring databases.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
