US IT Recruiter
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience and strong expertise in W2 recruitment and H1B candidate screening.
Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of H1B visa and transfer basics, including I-140, I-797, I-94, visa stamping, and H1B grace period.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for IT roles such as Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, Data Analysis, and other technical positions.
- Experience sourcing through JobDiva and integrated job portals; candidates relying primarily on LinkedIn Recruiter will not be a good fit.
- Strong experience primarily handling W2 requirements. Some C2C experience is acceptable, but W2 should be the primary tax term.
- Candidates who primarily work on C2C and depend on vendors for candidate submissions will not be considered.
- Strong sourcing, screening, candidate qualification, and communication skills.
