Job Title: HR IT Recruitment Intern
Location: Hyderabad
Duration: 3 Months Internship

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR IT Recruitment Intern who is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition. The selected candidate will initially work as an intern and, based on performance, will be offered a permanent role in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source IT candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes based on client/job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and trackers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status
- Support senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment process
- Understand basic IT skills and technologies for screening purposes
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA / BBA / Any Graduate (HR specialization preferred)
- Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Basic understanding of IT roles (Java, .NET, Testing, DevOps, etc. – training will be provided)
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
