Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our HR team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent to support our growing development team. From sourcing to onboarding, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle and contribute to building a strong technology workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand role requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies — job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for IT roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and feedback.
  • Assist in onboarding and post-offer engagement.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
  • Excellent understanding of technical roles and skills (developers, testers, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  • Freshers with a passion for recruitment, who are enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn, are also welcome to apply.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
