We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in Shaikpet,Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the IT sector. You will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to meet our company's staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media, job fairs, and professional associations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
