Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT positions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles (Developers, QA, Designers, Project Coordinators, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements as per business needs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating documentation and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience working in an IT services or software company preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, QA, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
