Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Backend Executive to support backend operations and ensure seamless execution of system-driven processes. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide backed operational support for IT systems and internal processes.

· Maintain and update system data with a high level of accuracy and integrity

· Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving basic technical issues

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow execution

· Track, monitor, and report system or process discrepancies in a timely manner

· Maintain documentation of workflows, standard operating procedures, and updates

· Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiative

· Manage assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards

· Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting

Qualifications & Certifications

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MCA or any related discipline.

· Freshers with relevant internships, certifications, or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline mentioned above

· 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome)

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
