Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive with expertise in the IT industry, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to support our dynamic IT projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and using excellent communication skills to build a high-performing and diverse team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop job descriptions, and create comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Review and assess applications and resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to effectively compete for top IT talent.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.

You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Exceptional verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of the IT industry, including roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
