Experience : 1-3 Years (Relevant Exp.)
CTC : Upto 3.5 LPA (Based on Interview Performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements for various IT roles.
- Source potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Good understanding of IT terminologies, technologies, and job roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recruitment certifications (optional but preferred)
