Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for both contract-to-hire and permanent positions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions.
- Manage both contract-to-hire and permanent recruitment pipelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate tracking systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven experience handling both C2H and permanent hiring.
- Candidate from Recruiting & Staffing Consultancy Firm is Required.
- Strong knowledge of technical skills, tools, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
