About The Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and independent IT Recruiter with around 2 years of experience who can manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating sourcing strategies, managing multiple roles, and working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify quality candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role fit.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability, communication, and motivation.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, And Other Sourcing Platforms
Strong organizational and time-management skills
