About the Role

The role involves recruitment, preferably in IT staffing, with a strong knowledge of Canadian job market trends and IT industry requirements.

Responsibilities

  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT staffing.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Required Skills

  • Talent sourcing and networking expertise.
  • Understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
