Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
Good understanding of all of IT skills.
Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.
