Job Description
A3N Consulting LLC is looking for an experienced C2C IT Recruiter who can manage both general IT recruitment and Corp-to-Corp hiring, with strong experience supporting MNC clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (W2, C2C, Contract).
- Source and screen candidates through portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong focus on C2C hiring and maintaining vendor/consultant relationships.
- Understand hiring needs, job requirements, and MNC client expectations.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and consultants.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
- Track daily submissions, interviews, and closures.
Required Skills
- 25+ years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Expertise in C2C recruitment and vendor management.
- Prior experience working with MNC clients is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Availability to work US time zones.
