Role & responsibilities:

• Sourcing:Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for IT roles through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screening:Evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most promising candidates.
• Interviewing:Conducting interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates skills and suitability.
• Negotiation:Working with candidates to negotiate salary and benefits.
• Onboarding:Assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
• Talent Pipeline:Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
