Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews
- Understand job requirements and align candidates accordingly
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
- Follow up with candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training can be provided for freshers)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
