We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India, focusing on sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for our clients in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions in Canada.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and networks to attract potential candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Canadian labor laws and immigration processes is a plus.
