US IT Recruiter Team Lead

Vision Square Inc. is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter Team Lead to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading and managing the US IT Recruitment team while driving successful placements across various technologies and domains.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US IT Staffing, team management, client delivery, and full-cycle recruitment. The Team Lead will oversee recruiter performance, establish recruitment strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

• Lead and manage a team of US IT Recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
• Mentor, coach, and motivate recruiters to improve productivity and placement ratios.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across various technology stacks.
• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Track team performance, submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue metrics.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging recruitment technologies.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Team Handling and Team Management.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring recruitment teams in a US IT Staffing environment.
• Strong expertise in Full-Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and IT Staffing.
• Excellent understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Direct Client requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Boolean Search techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume requirements and work effectively in US shifts.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and State Clients.
• Strong team leadership and performance management background.

• This is a strictly onsite position based in Noida.
• Only local candidates from Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR, or nearby locations will be considered.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
