Us It Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Assess candidates technical skills, communication, and work authorization.

Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate records in ATS and internal databases.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of the US IT recruitment process.

Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is an added advantage.

Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Good sourcing and networking skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Direct Clients or Implementation Partners.

Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD).

Experience using ATS/CRM tools.
