Job Description : IT Recruiter ( 1 to 2 years)

Roles and responsibilities : 

• good understanding of the technical solutions of the organization. 
• Ability to identify quality resources skill-wise, ability to work in a team. 
• Ability to work on and meet targets. 
• Align with organizational goals and work accordingly. 
• Sourcing, screening, headhunting, evaluation, and selection process. 
• Deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, drawing upon consulting skills to recommend the best course of action to recruit, assess, select, and hire. 
• Sourcing the resumes through various sources like company databases, references, portals, and Linkedln. 
• Specific Innovative measures demonstrated to meet business requirements wrt sourcing and hiring activities. 
• Savvy with social media tools and recruitment methodology. 
• Should have knowledge of IT recruitment profiles.
