Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Operations roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-Tech Recruitment.
• Experience hiring for business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Growth, Operations,
• or Customer Success.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
