Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates for niche and super-niche IT skills using ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and headhunting methods.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to match client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process with hiring managers and clients.
  • Maintain candidate and client relationships to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Work with both subcontracting and FTE recruitment models.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of GSI (Global Systems Integrator) accounts and processes
