Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates for niche and super-niche IT skills using ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and headhunting methods.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to match client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate and client relationships to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Work with both subcontracting and FTE recruitment models.
- Demonstrate knowledge of GSI (Global Systems Integrator) accounts and processes
