About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedIT Recruiterwith 1+ years of hands-on experience hiring forERP, Salesforce, and other niche technology skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, understands the fast-moving tech landscape, and can deliver top-tier candidates in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT roles (JD understanding, sourcing, screening, strong candidate connect, interview follow ups, offer negotiation//post offer follow up etc).
- Source and hire candidates with expertise inERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.),Salesforce, and other niche skills (e.g., DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity).
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline status, sourcing mix).
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of IT recruitment experience, ideally in agency or corporate environments.
- Proven experience hiring forERP and Salesforceroles; familiarity with niche/rare tech skills is a strong plus.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Solid understanding of technical terminology and IT job functions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with ATS tools.
- Background in volume hiring or multi-location hiring.
