Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated professional who can manage dual responsibilities in US Business Development (IT Services & Staffing) and US IT Recruitment. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment and can drive both client acquisition and talent delivery for IT staffing and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
US Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads and expand IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation business across US .
- Research organizations, identify decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement Managers), and build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, phone, and social media.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to qualify leads and schedule client meetings.
- Maintain accurate client information, interactions, and pipeline details in CRM tools
- Track lead generation performance and continuously optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on IT staffing trends, technologies, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
- Attend industry and HR events to network and strengthen market presence.
US IT Recruitment & Talent Delivery
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US-based job requirements in IT.
- Educate candidates on recruitment processes, client expectations, and job details.
- Submit qualified candidates against assigned job orders and manage them through the complete hiring lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal recruiting teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants across regions.
- Negotiate compensation, finalize candidate details, and pre-close candidates before submission.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback cycles, and referrals to expand talent pipelines.
- Ensure timely coverage and fulfillment of all assigned job orders.
Skills & Competencies required
- 28 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Staffing, or US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, hiring models, and staffing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms
- Ability to independently identify business opportunities and drive end-to-end recruitment.
- Familiarity with staffing pricing models, rate cards, compliance, and candidate documentation.
- Strong time management, multitasking ability, and a result-driven mindset.
- Startup experience is an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Business Development
- Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
- Conversion of leads to meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
- Growth of sales pipeline and outreach engagement metrics.
US IT Recruitment
- Submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
- Time-to-fill for assigned job orders.
- Consultant retention and referral generation.
Work Timing - US CST
Compensation Range
3.5 LPA 7.0 LPA, based on experience and performance.
