IT Project Manager – Application Integration (APAC / PMLC)

Role: IT Project Manager

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Time: India: 3:30am-11:30am ET

Location: Hybrid - Pune, India (3x days onsite)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with strong experience in application integration projects within regulated environments. This role focuses on managing cross-functional teams across APAC and the US, following PMLC/SDLC processes, and ensuring successful project delivery in an audit-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of application integration projects

Work within PMLC/SDLC frameworks (waterfall or hybrid)

Coordinate global teams across APAC and US regions

Define project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables

Manage project documentation (charters, plans, budgets, RAID logs)

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects

Provide status updates and risk analysis to leadership

Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements

Requirements

5+ years of IT project management experience

Experience managing application development or integration projects

Strong knowledge of SDLC and PMLC methodologies

Experience working in regulated industries (banking, insurance, etc.)

Experience managing global teams (APAC & US)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in overlapping APAC time zones
