Role Overview:

This role is responsible for leading and managing the IT PMO function with a focus on Transitions and Delivery Excellence. The incumbent will oversee project governance, drive strategic transitions, and ensure consistent delivery standards across technology initiatives within the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

PMO Leadership & Governance

· Establish and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and governance standards.

· Monitor project portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

· Define and track KPIs such as delivery timelines, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Transition Management

· Lead large-scale transition programs including technology migrations, service transitions, and operational handovers.

· Develop and execute transition plans, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication frameworks.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption.

Delivery Excellence

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes.

· Implement best practices in Agile, DevOps, and site reliability engineering.

· Conduct performance analysis & root cause assessments to improve delivery outcomes.

· Build a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement

· Act as a liaison between Program Intake, Engagement Success & IT teams as well as senior leadership

· Provide executive-level updates on transition and delivery performance.

· Support investment planning and portfolio management in collaboration with finance and business partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred

· Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Agile/SCRUM

· 15–18 years of experience in IT Project Management, Transitions, preferably in a GCC setup

· Proven track record in managing complex transitions and delivering large-scale technology programs

· Strong strategic thinking and execution skills in Program Management.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Tableau).

· Deep understanding of IT governance, compliance, and emerging technologies.
