Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage all technology infrastructure across our hotel, restaurant, and serviced apartments. The role requires a highly capable professional who can ensure the seamless functioning of all IT systems, maintain secure networks, support operational technology used by hospitality teams, and deliver reliable digital infrastructure that enhances both operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and hardware across the hotel, restaurant, and serviced apartments.

Ensure reliable internet connectivity, secure Wi-Fi networks, and stable IT systems for both operational teams and guests.

Systems and Software Management

Manage Hospitality Technology platforms including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), booking platforms, and other operational systems.

Ensure systems are properly configured, regularly updated, and functioning efficiently across departments.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across departments including front office, reservations, restaurant operations, administration, and management.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly to avoid operational disruption.

IT Security and Data Protection

Implement and maintain strong IT security protocols to safeguard company systems and sensitive guest data.

Manage data backup systems, disaster recovery procedures, and cybersecurity measures.

Vendor and Technology Management

Coordinate with external IT vendors, internet service providers, and technology partners for system maintenance and upgrades.

Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and guest services.

Technology Planning and Upgrades

Monitor IT performance and recommend system upgrades or improvements when necessary.

Support technology implementation for property upgrades, renovations, and future operational expansion.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within hospitality, hotels, or restaurants.

Strong understanding of network infrastructure, server management, hardware systems, and cybersecurity practices.

Experience managing hospitality platforms such as PMS, POS, booking systems, and guest Wi-Fi infrastructure.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience managing IT vendors and technology projects.

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
