Job Title: IT Infrastructure Solution Architect
Experience: 16+ years
Location: Greater Noida
Coforge is hiring an IT Infrastructure Solution Architect to anchor large, integrated infrastructure-led pursuits for global enterprise clients across the UK, US, and EU regions. This is a deal-leader role — owning end-to-end RFP programs, orchestrating multi-tower solution design (Cloud + DC + Network + EUC + Security + Service Desk + Apps Ops), running customer-facing solutioning workshops, and shaping commercials for complex managed services and transformation deals.
Objectives:
- Drive multi-tower RFP responses across DC, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Network, EUC, Security, Service Desk, and Application Operations — integrating tower solutions into a single coherent narrative.
- Build the deal solution architecture — operating model, service catalog, transition plan, transformation roadmap, automation roadmap, and steady-state run model.
- Lead the deal solution war-room — orchestrate tower architects, delivery, transition, transformation, GTM, finance, legal, and partner ecosystem.
- Build complex integrated pricing models — multi-tower, multi-geography, multi-year — combining transition, transformation, steady-state, ARC/RRC, and outcome/consumption constructs.
- Drive TCO / ROI / business-case modeling, sensitivity analysis, and value articulation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Hands-on architecture experience across at least 4 of DC/virtualization, Storage/Backup, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Network/SD-WAN, Security, EUC/Modern Workplace, ITSM/ITOM/AIOps
- Proven track record architecting and winning large managed services / outsourcing deals ($10M+ TCV).
- Deep understanding of operating models, service catalogs, SLA/OLA design, ITIL v4, FTE/shift modeling.
- Strong grasp of automation and AIOps — Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, BigPanda, Moogsoft.
Certifications Required:
- TOGAF 9 / 10 Certified (Enterprise Architect track) strongly preferred
- ITIL v4 Managing Professional / Strategic Leader
- AWS / Azure / GCP Solutions Architect – Professional (at least one)
- VMware VCP-DCV or VCAP
- Cisco CCNP / CCIE (Enterprise, DC, or Security)
- PMP / Prince2 (good-to-have for program governance)
