Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an IT Hardware Sales Executive. The role involves identifying potential customers and generating leads, managing and expanding customer accounts, and selling IT hardware solutions aligned with customer needs. Key responsibilities also include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding market trends in IT hardware, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive product knowledge and solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in IT Sales and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Experience with Lead Generation and Account Management to engage and manage client relationships effectively.
- A solid understanding of Information Technology, with the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate client needs and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in sales in the IT hardware industry is highly advantageous.
