Job Description

A fast-growing IT services and SaaS implementation firm in the Cloud SaaS & Business Process Automation sector, delivering CRM transformation, finance automation and workflow-driven productivity solutions for SMBs and enterprises across India and APAC. We implement, integrate and manage Zoho suites and adjacent cloud tooling to drive measurable business outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Zoho stack (CRM, Creator, Books, One) for on-site teamsuser provisioning, roles, profiles and access controls.
  • Design and deploy CRM customizations: modules, layouts, fields, workflows, blueprints and validation rules to automate sales and service processes.
  • Develop Deluge scripts and server-side logic in Zoho Creator/CRM to implement complex automations and custom functionality.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and middleware (Zapier or custom connectors) to synchronise data across ERP, finance and support systems.
  • Lead data operations: data imports/migrations, data quality checks, backups, and scheduled reconciliation routines.
  • Provide on-site support and training for business users; create runbooks, release notes and technical documentation to enable smooth change management.
