Job Description

A provider in the cloud communications and managed IT services sector delivering enterprise-grade contact-center, unified-communications, and managed connectivity solutions for B2B customers across India and APAC. The team focuses on reliable, secure, on-site infrastructure and end-user computing support to maintain high availability for customer-facing operations.

Standardized Title: IT Support Executive (On-site) | Location: India — On-site

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day on-site IT support for end users: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, and peripherals to restore service quickly.
  • Administer and maintain network infrastructure: switch configuration, VLAN troubleshooting, wireless LAN support, and basic router/firewall changes under guidance.
  • Manage user accounts and access: onboard/offboard users, maintain Active Directory objects, Microsoft 365 accounts, and group-policy enforcement.
  • Implement patching, endpoint protection and backup routines: ensure anti-malware, OS updates, and scheduled backups are executed and validated.
  • Operate the IT ticketing system: triage incidents, escalate to 2nd/3rd-line or vendors, document resolutions and maintain knowledge-base articles.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and vendor relationships: track hardware lifecycle, manage procurement, warranty claims, and coordinate on-site vendor visits.
