Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT peripherals
- Manage user access, email IDs, and system credentials
- Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers)
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and support
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Ensure regular data backup and system security
- Support onboarding and offboarding with system setup and access handover
