Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle employee onboarding and off boarding IT activities (email creation, system setup, access control, asset handover/retrieval)
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper tracking of devices and accessories
- Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP system across multiple modules (HR, CRM, Accounting, Marketing, Helpdesk, etc.)
- Execute website updates, marketing campaigns, HR data processing, and helpdesk support
- Monitor system usage and prepare daily EOD reports with performance and productivity insights
- Research and recommend software tools and system improvements
- Manage LMS operations, including course setup, user management, and training integrations
- Maintain internal systems (CMS) and support learning & development initiatives
- Ensure IT compliance, system security, and stable infrastructure support across the organization
