We operate in the Technology Services & IT Infrastructure sector, providing managed IT operations and end-user computing support to enterprise and mid-market customers across India. This is an on-site role focused on delivering reliable, secure, and responsive IT services that keep business users productive and systems available.
Primary Job Title: IT Support Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first- and second-line on-site IT support: diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, application, and peripheral issues for end users.
- Manage user lifecycle in Active Directory and Microsoft 365: account provisioning, password resets, permissions, and mailbox management.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, VPNs, switches, wireless access points, and coordinate with ISPs or vendors for escalations.
- Administer endpoint management and security: deploy software and patches, run antivirus/EDR scans, and respond to security alerts.
- Operate the helpdesk ticketing system: log, prioritize, resolve, escalate incidents, and produce regular incident/status reports.
- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle: asset tagging, procurement support, setup, deployment, and documentation of SOPs and configurations.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience in on-site IT support.
- Proven experience supporting end-user computing, network basics, and endpoint/security tooling in an enterprise environment.
- Strong service orientation, documentation discipline, and ability to work shifts/rotate on-call as required for on-site support.
