Job Title: Tech Support Executive
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Tech Support Executive to handle daily operational and back-office tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflows, accurate data management, and smooth coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational tasks following defined processes and SOPs
- Manage and update client and vendor data in CRM systems
- Review tickets, maintain logs, and ensure accurate documentation
- Organize and maintain files on cloud platforms like OneDrive and SharePoint
- Prepare reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with data analysis and internal reporting
- Learn and use tools like Zoho CRM, Microsoft 365, and other systems
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and provide timely updates
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM tools and cloud storage platforms
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows
