Job Title: Tech Support Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Tech Support Executive to handle daily operational and back-office tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflows, accurate data management, and smooth coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational tasks following defined processes and SOPs
  • Manage and update client and vendor data in CRM systems
  • Review tickets, maintain logs, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Organize and maintain files on cloud platforms like OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Prepare reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with data analysis and internal reporting
  • Learn and use tools like Zoho CRM, Microsoft 365, and other systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and provide timely updates

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and cloud storage platforms
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows

Note:

  • This is a non-sales, operations-focused role
