Location: Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra

Position: IT Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

About The Firm

ATMS & CO LLP is a Chartered Accountancy firm providing professional services in accounting, taxation, audit, and related financial advisory areas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically proficient and responsible IT Executive to manage the firm's day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, network, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to employees.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
  • Manage LAN/Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and basic network infrastructure.
  • Maintain data backup and assist with data recovery when required.
  • Monitor antivirus, system security, and access controls.
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and permissions.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers.
  • Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Support employees with Microsoft Office, PDF tools, accounting/tax software, and other office applications.
  • Assist in implementing IT security and data-protection practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of the firm's data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support/system administration preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, backups, and data security.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT issues efficiently.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a CA firm, accounting firm, or professional services organization will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of accounting/tax applications and office IT infrastructure.
