About Us

Onestop Brands Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing retail and e-commerce company dealing in home and kitchen products across multiple online marketplaces and retail stores. We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support and maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and IT procurement.
• Maintain IT asset records and system documentation.
• Support ERP, retail billing software, and e-commerce operational systems when required.
• Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and basic system security practices.
• Assist employees with day-to-day IT-related queries and troubleshooting.
