IT delivery manager

Blueberry Digital Labs is seeking a skilled and results-driven IT Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of our projects. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll lead and motivate a technology team, drive consensus, and utilize your expertise in project management and the SDLC to ensure a seamless delivery process.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are executed following the established Project Delivery Process.
• Manage projects based on the implementation of software products, from conception to completion.
• Lead a technology team and drive consensus among colleagues to achieve project goals.
• Use your ability to lead, motivate, influence, and drive to results in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage projects with clear metrics for performance and budgets, while also identifying potential new projects.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

• Proven experience in project management, SDLC, and product development.
• A track record of successfully managing projects involving the implementation of software products.

Education:

• Graduates or Postgraduates with a BE/B.Tech or MCA degree.
