IT Database Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, test, and support applications in the FactoryTalk Production Center (FTPC) MES environment.
• Design and modify database objects, including stored procedures and views.
• Develop custom reports and data extracts to meet end-user requirements.
• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders in design sessions to provide technical solutions and configuration guidance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, implementing defect fixes and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain monitoring solutions for IT systems; monitor and analyze system and execution logs.
• Provide technical support to internal customers, including on-call coverage.
• Partner with Digital Manufacturing, Engineering, Data, and Design teams on data analytics requests.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including knowledge bases and user guides.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify data or process improvement opportunities.
