Job Description

Join our team at Ericsson in the vital role of Automation Engineer (AE). The AE will automate tasks identified and outlined in the customers managed services delivery scope, following approved requirements and the high-level design (HLD) document. This pivotal role ensures the delivered automations function properly and meet the overall requirements and customers expectations. The Software Developer supplies, to build a customer s solution, in all phases of the software development lifecycle, towards accurately engineered information systems, containing software as the major component, to meet agreed business requirements! The Software Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the delivered software components provide the vital functionality and perform in accordance to the overall requirements and to the customer s expectation!
What you will do
Involved in Solution Design, Development, and Integration.
Involved in Problem solving and critical thinking.
Deliver results & meeting customer expectations.
Take Ownership of timely updates to all the affected partners regarding any new factors affecting any Automation application crafted or deployed or both.

You will bring

2 - 5 years experience in Java programming skills, Web technologies, knowledge and development experience, primarily on UNIX / Linux platform. software development experience in (Java, Groovy, JavaScript, extjs, Multithreading, JIRA)
Good solid understanding of packet networking. Development experience on this would be a definite plus.

Good to have - knowledge and skills on any RDBMS, preferably on SQL.
