What can you expect in an IT Application Architect role with TaskUs:
As an IT Application Architect, the candidate should perform design and development of web based services for our Ridiculously Awesome applications!
He/ She should be able to develop a very high sense of ownership, the zeal to build scalable applications
The expectations would be centered on performing application design, development and deployment based on industry's best practices
The candidate should be highly motivated and responsive bringing in his expertise in architecting and engineering apt solutions to our unique problems
Key Responsibilities:
Expert level knowledge in implementing Dot Net & NodeJS Application solutions in an enterprise setting
Wide experience in delivering application solution frameworks for functional areas in an Organization
Able to visualize end to end solutions and lifecycle of applications developed for the next 5 to 10 years
Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
Able to recommend ideal IT infrastructure requirements for both Cloud and On-Premise solutions
Technical guidance and leadership to a group of Dot Net & NodeJS web and application developers
Able to collaborate and align vision with the business stakeholders in delivering desired requirements
Will maintain guidelines to be followed for application development standards and best practices
Required Qualifications:
12 years experience in software solution delivery using the Microsoft Dot Net platform (Dot Net Framework 6
0 and later, Dot Net core 6 or later) & NodeJS
MCP certifications are an advantage for the role
Have performed various leadership functions within a highly technical development team
Must have worked in an SDLC / Agile environment
Have knowledge in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheets, and the like
High Proficiency in coding in C#, Javascript, SQL
Knowledgeable of ajax frameworks such as AngularJS, JQuery, VueJS
Have worked with previous projects using MVC, Entity Framework
Knowledge on implementing solutions in AWS cloud
Have worked on deploying containerized applications using Docker
Experience with using CICD tools such as Jenkins, Git Actions, AzureDevOps
Knowledgeable on implementing solutions on AWS cloud
Experience with the following AWS technologies: Lambda, Serverless architecture, Glue, SQS, RDS, EC2
