Own the India Regions strategic planning calendar — coordinating inputs for STRAP, AOP, and quarterly leadership reviews on behalf of the CoS and VP
Develop and maintain the India IT strategic scorecard — tracking progress against organizational goals, key milestones, and leadership commitments
Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to support strategic decisions and leadership discussions
Drive special projects on behalf of the CoS — owning ambiguous, high-priority workstreams that require structured thinking and independent execution
Director & Leadership Enablement
Prepare the Director and CoS for executive engagements — building briefing documents, talking points, presentations, and pre-reads for leadership meetings, offsites, and board-level interactions
Own the India IT performance reporting pack — consolidating hiring metrics, COE health, Innovation Lab KPIs, and engagement data into a clear, executive-ready narrative
Manage the India IT communications calendar — ensuring the VP and CoS have a structured, consistent cadence of stakeholder communications
Identify and flag emerging risks, gaps, or opportunities across the India org for CoS and VP awareness
Talent Operations & HR Relationship
Serve as the primary liaison between the India Regions CoS function and HR on all talent-related activities — including hiring status, workforce planning, and onboarding
Attend key HR governance meetings on behalf of the CoS and ensure commitments and actions are tracked and closed
Monitor the India IT hiring pipeline holistically — surfacing patterns, risks, and bottlenecks for CoS and VP visibility
Support the university relations workstream — tracking partnership health, MOU status, campus intake timelines, and Early Career program milestones in coordination with HR and the Innovation Lab

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
6–9 years of progressive experience in IT strategy, business analysis, PMO, or chief of staff support functions
Demonstrated ability to produce executive-quality written deliverables — presentations, briefings, strategy documents, and performance reports
Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data to build a compelling narrative for leadership audiences
Proven track record of operating independently on complex, ambiguous workstreams with minimal supervision
Professional maturity and discretion — this role operates in a high-visibility environment with access to sensitive information
WE VALUE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or Management
Prior experience supporting a VP, CIO, or C-suite leader in a strategy, CoS, or planning capacity
Experience with strategic planning frameworks — STRAP, AOP, OKRs, or equivalent
Strong PowerPoint and data storytelling skills — ability to build board-quality slides independently
Exposure to HR coordination, talent operations, or workforce planning activities
