Job Description

Ghrs Training is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our technical support operations. If you have a strong background in technical support, expertise in Microsoft technologies, and proven leadership experience, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of technical support teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
  • Drive performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) within Windows Support, Technical Support, and Microsoft application Support environments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical support professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall support ecosystem.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, address challenges, and implement corrective actions.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical support roles.
  • This includes at least 2 years of experience specifically as an Operations Manager.
  • You possess strong skills in Windows Support, Technical Support, and Microsoft application Support.
  • You are an exceptional leader with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • should be results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
