We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Time and Labour Consultant (OTL) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting the OTL module, ensuring efficient time management and labor tracking within the Oracle Fusion system.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Time and Labour (OTL) module according to business requirements.
- Support and troubleshoot issues related to OTL functionalities and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Train end-users on OTL functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for OTL processes and configurations.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Time and Labour (OTL) implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and their integration with other modules.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and understanding of cloud architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and end-users.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
