Job Description: ISG Specialist - Infrastructure Solutions Group | Lenovo India
We are looking for a high-impact ISG Specialist to drive our ISG business (Servers, Storage, Networking, Software & Services) across an assigned territory.
This role works closely with Client Managers to co-own strategic accounts, build robust pipelines, and accelerate ISG revenue growth.
What You'll Do
. Drive ISG revenue across enterprise accounts in partnership with Client Managers
. Build and execute structured account plans (stakeholder mapping, white space analysis, competitive strategy)
. Engage CIOs/CTOs and senior IT leaders as a trusted advisor
. Lead solution positioning for large, complex Data Centre opportunities
. Manage pipeline rigor, weekly forecasting, and deal progression
. Collaborate with deep-specialists, services, and cross-functional BGs to maximize win rates
What We're Looking For
. 12+ years of overall experience in Enterprise sales
. Strong domain expertise in Data Centre technologies (Servers/Storage/Networking)
. Proven experience managing enterprise accounts
. Strong consultative selling and executive engagement skills
. Account planning and forecasting discipline
. Competitive acumen and commercial negotiation capability
