Job Description

Maintaining & Installing antivirus server & client Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
Collaborating with different team to provide to solve the end user query or technical issues.
Providing Root cause analysis of IT incidents related Windows and applications
Installation of different Operating Systems like Win-xp, Win-7,Win-10 & Troubleshooting.
Track ticket progress and enter updates to have on going record of case activity till resolution is reached and ticket is closed.
Creating Knowledge Base after resolving problems to reduce time frame for next time.
Installation, Configuration Printer, Scanner etc. at Project sites.
Assembling and Configuring and Troubleshooting of Computers and Laptops Hardware.
Providing Resolution through MS Team, Team viewer.
Work on Asset Inventory management
Installation and configuration LAN/WAN Connectivity
