Job Description

  • Maintaining & Installing antivirus server & client Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
  • Collaborating with different team to provide to solve the end user query or technical issues.
  • Providing Root cause analysis of IT incidents related Windows and applications
  • Installation of different Operating Systems like Win-xp, Win-7,Win-10 & Troubleshooting.
  • Track ticket progress and enter updates to have on going record of case activity till resolution is reached and ticket is closed.
  • Creating Knowledge Base after resolving problems to reduce time frame for next time.
  • Installation, Configuration Printer, Scanner etc. at Project sites.
  • Assembling and Configuring and Troubleshooting of Computers and Laptops Hardware.
  • Providing Resolution through MS Team, Team viewer.
  • Work on Asset Inventory management
  • Installation and configuration LAN/WAN Connectivity
