Your future role

  • Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in contract and claims management in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative, diligent, and collaborative teammates.
  • You'll manage and record contract documentation, ensuring best in class performance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Legal, IT), analyze contract terms and conditions, prepare and conduct educational sessions, and much more.
  • You'll specifically take care of organizing contract performance reviews, tracking obligations fulfillment, coordinating corrective actions and commercial audits, as well as handling negotiations for contract changes, renewals, and terminations.

We'll look to you for:

  • Recording and maintaining contracts in a central repository
  • Documenting governance structures and managing stakeholder interactions
  • Creating and managing an obligations tracker
  • Organizing contract education sessions and performance reviews
  • Coordinating dispute resolutions and commercial audits
  • Tracking invoices and payments
  • Developing and negotiating contractual frameworks and supplier relationships

  • A Master's degree in business administration, management, finance, computer science, or legal
  • Experience or understanding of contract/claim management with a minimum of 5 years in the field
  • Knowledge of IT and procurement processes

  • Professionalism in contract management and ethical standards
  • Teamwork abilities with resourcefulness and respect for diversity
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Analytical thinking with a knack for identifying pragmatic solutions
  • Initiative to anticipate and prepare for opportunities or challenges
