As an Entitlements Associate within the New Hire Experience Team in the International Private Bank (IPB), you will spend each day managing the creation, administration, and monitoring of access and entitlements requests for new hires and internal transfers. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently, communicate clearly with impacted users, and ensure new joiners have the right access at the right time to integrate smoothly into the firm.

Job responsibilities

.Raise and process access requests to ensure employees have the necessary systems and tools to perform their roles effectively.
.Monitor and manage the team mailbox, responding promptly to inquiries and requests, including guiding and supporting new hires.
.Collaborate with regional Business Management contacts to update and enhance processes in line with regulatory requirements.
.Complete regular reporting and conduct access reviews according to established schedules.
.Build and maintain strong partnerships with key business partners and stakeholders across the firm.
.Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve entitlement processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

.3+ years of professional experience Private Bank experience required.
.Strategic, innovative, Advisor-first business mindset.
.Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
.Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through skills.
.Exceptional problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset with the ability to execute quickly and accurately on ideas, initiatives, and improvements.
.Resourceful, proactive learner who possesses a solid work ethic and performs well under pressure in a dynamic environment must be able to multitask and shift priorities quickly while maintaining control with limited supervision.
.Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
