About the Role
- Handle background check orders, track insufficiencies, prepare certifications, and issue closure confirmations.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to resolve issues related to tools, release forms, delayed reports, payments, and technical challenges.
- Review background check reports and follow up with employees for additional documentation when required.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless process execution.
- Identify process gaps and implement strategies to make BGV operations faster, smarter, and more efficient.
- Support HR and compliance teams with process enhancements, dispute resolution, appeals, and audit readiness.
- Ensure strict adherence to legal requirements and internal compliance policies throughout the BGV process.

- In-depth knowledge of background verification processes across multiple geographies.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyze and review reports with high attention to detail.
- Understanding of compliance standards and relevant legal frameworks.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience working in global BGV operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel.
- Familiarity with HR systems and vendor management platforms.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
